If people can call Investor relations for the details from the company, i bet analysts have done so as well.

2-Did not leave because of a dispute,in fact will be there 1-2 days, strictly so as he could be CEO

What does this mean? Is the poster implying that John Daane is saying that he would really leave LSI unless he is made CEO of LSI?

Of course, it is somewhat strange that the name of the company where he will be the CEO, has not been mentioned...
