MS Outlook email won't let me send email to anyone not in my address book. I had to reinstall Office and since then the problem occured. TIA

glad you like the scrollbar tip.

i also performed a scrollbar tweak in win98se on msword that i can't now find. man, i hate that. the problem was that when using the scrollbox (not scrollbar) in a long word doc, the box would move, then the text, but not in unison. like i could move the box 6 pages down, then stop, and then the text would move to catch up. somewhere i found a tweak to sync these two actions, and i want to do the same for my word program in win2000. i think it was a registry setting.

does this ring a bell with anyone?
