i was kidding too, because i KNOW of course where the low will be...-vbg-

lately i have noticed officialdom (analysts, fund managers and the like) falling silent on the subject btw.

they now resort to vague assertions of being either just 'bullish' or 'super-bullish', which adjective was introduced yesterday to describe a CNBS guest and his stance.

this is but the first of a series of steps in the changing psychological climate...i'm waiting for proclamations of 'bottom-less pit' making the news...that would indicate we're getting close. note, the tech stuff is a few miles below its 200-dma...at some point i'd expect a rally back to same, regardless of what anyone says or thinks. all the sub sectors that have been in clearly defined bear markets, such as e.g. the TRAN, have made numerous rallies back to their 200-dma, only to fail there. the XAU comes to mind too.
