It you sir that has been a argumentative one from day one. Not me. Not once have I attach your methods. I will not sit back and let it happen to me.

By the way I supported my valuation with in FA terms and reasoning in my first post and gave a price which is rapidly approaching, you seemed to have forgotten that and have been stuck in the TA is worthless mode. You might not of like how I came to the conclusion on reasonable valuation but it's my method and it has served me well through the years. A drop from 152 to 60 in matters of days would seemed to support my caution approach to entering into a position.

You can have the last word DS you seem to need it. Since you have pretty much have degraded the exchanged. And to think, all I wanted to do was talk about the companies prospects.

Was Malcolm a co-founder of NTAP in addition to the other two ?

Thanks

DS,

EMC is rolling out their NAS box on December 5. Can you help me, and the other regulars, get a better handle on what this means for NTAP?

I'm going to just post up some questions for you. If you're up for it, I'd be very eager to see your opinions/answers to any or all of these questions.

Will EMC's box be true NAS, or NAS that plugs into Symmetrix?

Any word on pricing and how it compares to NTAP's? If they become price-competitive with NTAP, will they be doing so by selling at a loss?

What are the major competitive advantages of EMC's box over NTAP's?

Where in NTAP's line is the EMC box aiming, i.e. low/med/hi?

Open standards/connectivity on the EMC box?

I realize this is a lot, but maybe you know the answers off the top of your head and could save the rest of us a lot of digging. If not, we should all dig for the info together.

Best regards :-)
