Hi Tim - re: MF distributions, many Fido funds have indeed a strange schedule, I think CONTRA does it twice a year, Feb and Dec, but they are my retirement money.

Janus and Strong do it in early Dec. I think most of them are on their respective websites as we speak, e.g.,

Of course, this is if they have a gain and they are doing it annually. I do have a bunch of them doing it semi annuallly.
