Many places here have a double CFS for the real on the edge types. Then there's the healthy version...the meat is lightly pan-fried and served with greens. Pretty good really ceptin when the crust be fallin off and you end up with a bowl full O gravy and crust. Actually that's the goal<g> "Get those damn veggies away from me..they're in the way"
