Re: "8% fed tax. Where do I sign up?"

Don't talk to me about signing up. I'm a dumb working schmuck. I paid 28 percent last year. I'm stupid. Talk to the CEO of GE, Jack Whatsisname. His company only paid an 8 percent rate last year, even tho they're one of the largest companies in the country. But Republicans say, "Oh. That's OK. They're a big company and provide lots of jobs." Hogwash. At some point corporate tax breaks and such to create jobs turn sour and we've got a full-blown case of corporate welfare on our hands. Another case of Corporate America turning to Uncle Sam to help solve its problems. In the meantime, the poor working schmucks are called on to foot more of the bill.
