Tampering would've already occurred Well, flesh it out. If we assume the Republicans aren't in on it, it has to happen somewhere out of sight and then the ballots are sneaked in? Also I don't get what kind of tool would make a dimple in more than one or two cards? they are fairly thick cardboard after all. What do you propose? a portable hydrolic press hidden in a poll worker's purse? If they just dimpled a few at a time with a human powered tool wouldn't they need some kind of jig? or do you think one of the democrats hids in the corner pushing dimples while the other one distracts the republican. Come on, this is your theory, shouldn't you contribute a couple of the ideas? TP
