Scumbria, I drove across Wyoming yesterday, and was amazed to think that they have three electoral votes. I have not given enough thought to the electoral college system to be either strongly for or against it. Should I understand (from your post) that you are against it? Joe

They have always guaranteed the Democratic Party at least three electoral votes in every single presidential election in modern history.
