I believe it was something to that effect. I cannot believe anyone in their right mind could think that doing a hand recount in 3 select counties is in any way fair. And what is the point in having Laws or Deadlines at all? Why don't we all just make up rules as we go along? This decision is preposterous IMO. This decision just made me despise lawyers and the court system all the more.....if that is indeed possible. Disgusting.
