Tom, the future sold off right after the court annoucement; and Baker annouced Bush likely will challenge court ... Nasdaq future down 30.

I think the end is not in sight ......

Agree. Any decision is a good decision. It doesn't matter politically or "streetwise" since Congress is gridlocked....but...
Any decision will be viewed as a 'positive'.

It may be our last</i >positive. Just waiting to swap % on the Dark Side...
