Joe, What do you mean? Do you know which law supersedes the other? I don't. I am assuming that there is an easy answer to this question and I am willing to live with it. When the question was "FL law allowance for recounts vs. the Tuesday submission deadline" all the Reps were weighing in with the fact that the SOS had no choice. Now that the laws conflict on a Bush question, discretion suddenly becomes the better part of valor. Scumbria
