republican rhetoric has been totally irresponsible.

got a feeling the next elections won't even be close.
it going to drive a lot more people to the polls.
which is usually when the republicans lose by a wide margin.

I think it says a lot that Bush supporters, in your view, would kill innocent people if they don't like the election results, while no one is making the same prediction as to Gore supporters.

You are wholly off base in making such wild claims. I pray that no one listening to your disappointment being channeled into this kind of talk understands anything but that you are distraught and searching for an overly dramatic way to express your feelings.

I said it last week, that terrorist acts would start, if Gore is allowed to steal the election. The Oklahoma city bombing was a strike back for Waco. Can you imagine the magnitude of vigilante justice that will explode over a stolen election. I'm going to stay out of any big city for the next year, if Gore wins.

Not sure all the republicans around here would appreciate being grouped with a bunch of violent vigilantes, that's a pretty wild statement, don't you think?

And if you believe it to be true, well then I'm proud to have voted democratic as I want no part of that absurd mindset. So are you sure McVeigh was a registered republican?

And if the votes are there, there is no "stealing" going on. Haven't heard comments about Bush stealing the election when the table turns his way, says something about the maturity and intelligence of democrats and others who for voted Gore if you ask me...

Let me say right here and right now, Jesus please forgive us of our tresspasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into blowing up people. We won't get very far with Carnivore on our ass, and well, it is just a stupid thing to do. If it is your will that Gore leads this nation into ruin, so be it. But please Lord, do not let this thing lead to blood in the streets. Please do not let another OK City happen. Oh Lord please I beg you forgive me of my sins.

paraphrased from a favorite writer of mine:

Reverend Eden was an old preacher who had been a missionary in China for twenty years. He knew everything about things Chinese - from Sage Fu Shi's creation of the eight trigrams to Yuan Shih-Kai's arrogation of the title of Emperor (which he liked so much to hear about). Apart from not speaking Chinese well, he could be considered a genuine walking "Encyclopedia Sinica." He really loved the Chinese people. When he found himself unable to sleep in the middle of the night, he would always pray to God that China would soon become a colony of England. With fervent tears he said to God: "If the Chinese are not administered by the British, those yellow-faced, black haired creatures will never get to heaven, no matter what."

Am I being irreverent here? No, but I am saying beware of Judas goats.
