Wayne, I think the dot-coms probably did a real DIS-SERVICE to the economy, in that they sucked-in a lot of the software talent - and with what result? Shutdowns. All that work down the drain. But now that talent can be re-deployed in the productive economy. It will take some time for the application of that talent to make a difference, of course. There is a tremendous backlog of software projects, and development doesn't happen over night. I'd guess that we'd see it in the economy in 1-2 years.
