You disclosed nothing. Does it really matter what firm I work for? Does it matter if I worked for GS, Merrill, or MSDW which kept buy ratings on Internet type stocks all the way down and only recently put hold/sell ratings on them after 80%+ falls? In my view that does not make those folks any better than boiler rooms. By the way I have been WARNING folks for a few quarters about the dangers of this market! The fact of why I do not post my firm name is pure and simple: the fine folks at the SEC would consider it “advertising”. So their rules that are meant to protect you, actually prevent me from disclosing what you would consider relevant information (by the way, I basically agree). So I ask you this: If you were in my shoes would you break the SEC rules? By the way, all of my revenue estimates for GX have been posted months before the earnings releases. In effect you are saying that even though I have been accurate that if I was some bum, I should not be listened to because I have not told you the name of my firm. THATS HOOEY! Anyone that is accurate should be paid attention too. If you do not want to pay attention to me that’s fine, but do not put yourself out as some savior of the people - that's what Democrats from D.C. with their cadres of attorneys are for. Please, spare me your time to explain just why I should ignore provisions against advertising (and the associated disclaimers and registration, plus filing) and answer your question? Is it really that important? I’ll answer it for you. Folks come to these threads to make up their own minds. They really do not care what you think. People are egocentric and thus relegate final judgment to themselves. Do us both a favor and start talking more about GX! :-)
