Which ballots were cast by confused voters and which ones were cast by voters that weren't confused?" Like all ballots, you look at it and try to figure it out. Some are obvious, if the ballot is punched to spell out ELVIS in the holes, then I might guess it was a confused voter. If it appeared to be a punch or reasonably attempted punch for a candidate (and only one candidate) I would guess not confused. How about you? are you confused? or do you have that crystal vision that comes after 5 hours of talk radio? TP
