The right to vote is the right to participate; it is also the right to speak, but more importantly the right to be heard.

Shouldn't this also apply to the men and women who serve our country in the military? The message coming from Florida seems to be saying the the right to be heard only applies to one political party. Those worried about the "will of the people" are only worried about that will in heavily democratic counties. What about all of those poor dimpled chad living in republican counties who will have no right to be heard.
