dont underestimate the ongoing conflict between FL legislature versus judiciary

they have battled on many past cases
the court has usurped the legislature's role
the court has given direct orders to the executives
the court has rewritten existing law concerning vote validity

word has it the FLorida legislators are FURIOUS
TODAY THEY GAVE SEXY HARRIS A STANDING OVATION
the court's ruling tonight was a stinging rebuke of Harris

Harris has a tough choice:
violate the state legislature law, OR violate the court's order
because the Supreme Court's order is in conflict with existing law

yes, a Supreme Court is entrusted to interpret and sanction law
but it is NOT entrusted to rewrite law expostfacto
how absurd
is this a Mickey Mouse state or what?

wow, gonna get weird
I said yday the FL SupCt seemed like lightweights
this would never happen in a state with a tradition of excellent law schools and widely education electorate
