Well we won't have to worry about Greenspan raising rates now because there won't be any economic growth. But the problem is that he won't be able to lower rates now because of the price of oil. You see the problem that has been created and when the economy slows and the tax roll decreases, how do you then pay for all of these new government programs that are being proposed ? All in all, it is a very gloomy outlook for the economy and market.
