Nonsense. If that happens it won't be because they were out-lawyered. Arguably it will be because Democrats control the Supreme Court. From my perspective, though, Bush should have been able to figure that out fairly early and should have realized that the Florida Courts would always rule in favor of Gore regardless of the merits. Consequently he should have tried to play ball by requesting a manual recount in the Republican counties and pinned his hopes on being able to keep up with the democrats in election fraud. I'm sure that he could have created as many votes in Republican counties as Gore can create in the Democratic ones. Seriously all this vote fraud is truly disgusting. Piles of chads on the floor, votes moved from pile to pile, chads being eaten, and so forth. They should have brought in Russian election supervisors to help make sure these recounts are "fair". Carl
