of course there are moral inconsistencies on both sides.

seems to me gore can only make a real case for
a hand recount at palm beach county, where significant
statistical anomalies have been shown to exist.

however, it is
quite odd that the second machine count showed a difference
of 1400 votes... very inconsistent results.
