I have an impression that American courts are following
the Law by books. All court arguments must be held
precisely accurate, within carefully formulated
definitions. This is the cornerstone of the whole
precisely-tuned justice system America is proud of.
I don't see how it could be any crime to answer
"No" to a narrowly defined question. Answering "Yes"
would be a lie, don't you agree?
