Political and Legal strategy of Bush has been bad. If this strategy is an indication of how he will attempt to lead, he will be a one term President if elected. His "run out the clock" strategy has left him looking ineffective and incompetent. Gore is winning the PR battle and may be winning the legal and ballot battle. Gore goes out in front of the cameras while Bush hides behind his advisers. It reminds me of the Carter presidency. Bush has told us about surrounding himself with smart advisers. Right now, his advisers don't look very smart.
