Exactly, Bosco. I see no conspiracies in the absentee ballots. Given the decision to accept them for 10 days after the actual vote there certainly is room for some fraud, and fears sometimes lead to rumors, but I see no evidence of overseas fraud on either side. There's enough trouble right here in the US with people eating chads, piles of chads on the floor, chads taped back into ballots, pregnant chads, and so forth without having to look overseas for trouble.
