wayne, i think bush's legal argument that hand counting is worse than machine counts with up to 5% error was a bad plan and most folks don't believe it.

bush is in a corner now. he does have a point about the rules changing post election, but it is a matter of opinion.

did the law change or did the court correctly interpret it?

the dimpled ballot issue is a farce, imho. ok, if all the chads on the ballot are dimpled then count it. if all the chads are punched except for the president... that has a dimple...

what a joke.
