Sorry, but I didn't ask your opinion. I asked you whether you'd read the opinion because it completely refutes you comment that the Court's injunction was baseless because there was no "justiciable issue". I was trying to understand your reasoning. Go read the opinion and tell me what you find objectionable about the "legal reasoning" of the decision? I find it solid, and, frankly, cannot even appreciate how a good faith argument to the contray can be made. Now, what are you lining up for consumption out of the cellar for the holiday? <ggg>
