Been lurking for a couple of weeks with nothing substantive to say but have been keeping up with the posts. Have a good holiday everybody....it's gotta get better next week. Right?

IMO, the funds are the ones doing all the selling. I notice that stocks I watch are held down or driven down all day long on heavy selling pressure from INCA and the like. Then, when the good ole boys close up shop in the evening and the retailers take over AH's, the price goes back up. Only to have it beaten back down the next morning when the institutions get back into action. (Been seeing this for weeks now.)

I believe the mutual fund redemptions are killing any hope for a rally at this time.

The talking heads and other pundits which adorn CNBC all day for the last year have been talking about the STRONG support at 2875. Didn't look too strong to me as the NASDAQ sliced right through it.

So, what's next?
