The Florida Supreme Court is definitely not smoking Philip Morris products...or those of any other tobacco company. I've heard that stuff can cause hallucinations--I wonder if the justices were having visons during their deliberations, perhaps of a federal appointment should the Dems prevail. I downloaded the opinion from the C-Span website. In my view, the justices were grasping at straws (but I'm not a lawyer).
