Dear Kenneth: This will be interesting. Is a PARTIAL recount a RECOUNT as envisioned by the law? Oh, who gives a shit about the law, merely the NAME of the candidate. Anyhow, Ms. Iron Bottom Hariss might have grounds NOT to include THAT recount due to its limited nature. Hope she does, shes my heroine in all of this mess. JDN
