Think I would prefer seeing a paid political shill than the witch hunt and censorship we witnessed...there was no wrong done here by bigsable, proven or otherwise...this ain't China or Russia, where we find someone guilty until proven innocent...what happened here in relation to bigsable was wrong and indecent and to then be proud of your actions is akin to the school bully whooping it up after punching some kid 2 yrs younger himself...I have also lost respect.

TLC, you're a good person. With good intentions, and I've enjoyed your posts on different threads for a long time. But I think you're wrong on this issue. bigslepoint may have been a paid shill or she may not have. But overall I think the thread was more interesting with her shill activity then without. Your premise in regard to the threads is a good one. I just don't think bigs went over the line here. At least from what I've read of her posts. Most of her posts came right out of the Gore talking points we see regurgitated over and over in the press. Nothing really new, and nothing really that offensive. I also think the coffee shop threads should be given more latitude than the stock threads. Politics, religion, philosophy and other issues can get rhetorical at times. And that's to be expected in most comfortable living rooms.
