Hey, I didnt write the statute. I would be curious to know what, in addition to the dimpled chad, you would look at to determine "the clearly ascertainable intent of the voter of to vote." I can think of a couple of things. First, did the individual vote for any other candidate for that office? If not, that may be evidence that he intended to vote for his dimpled selection. Did he vote for every office other than that office? Again, mya be evidence that he also intended to vote for that office. Were all, or at least most, other of his other votes also by dimpled chads?
