CNN just showed Burton from WPalm before court on dimple discussion

very thoughtful discussion covering many angles
like if only dimple appears among prez choices, with full punches in secondary races,
then NO CLEAR INTENT

but if dimples appear in several places, include prez choice,
then PROBABLY CLEAR INTENT

an effort on Burton's part to be consistent with Broward
he wants to do his best to earn public confidence on results

I have concern over what they call a "pro se rule" on 1990 guidelines
I interpret this to mean "we can interpret as we see fit"

this Burton seems to be an honorable man, himself a judge
intense scrutiny is to be expected from here on out
these canvassing board officials are gonna need amphetamines

where the hell is the effort to include disq'd military absentees?
