Rest in peace Lee. My father has also terminal cancer because of prostate problems, it's a very painfull situation and a ugly event for him and all the family.

God will take care of Lee. Amen.

Sincere condolences from North of Spain.

James ... tech is interesting ... the retail buyer keeps buying ... and the bigger players keep letting them have as much as they want. One thing that worries me a little is that there's not much finageling to boost prices so they can sell at better prices. Any strength is used as a chance to unload. I guess there is some major portfolio reallocation going on. If the tech cycle is coming to an end and was only extended by the internet craze ... ugh. As for the overall market ... the weakness is stunning. Given that the market supposedly see's ahead, one has to wonder what it's seeing - perhaps a stinker of a bad landing ??.

As for a climactic bottom .... maybe it will happen - but everyone is looking for one ... which is a major negative to it actually happening. If one believes in the elastic band theory, we went up so far, the rebound back down is going to be a dousy !!.

Interesting times .... and apologies for the technical terms ... finageling, dousy, stinker ....and my favourite .. ugh !!

Best Regards

Stephen
