It is my understanding that the 7-0 vote applied to the entire decision from the court. One of the points in the decision was that of the 7 day deadline. There were other aspects of the decision and I believe that included the reading of dimpled ballots. But I'll see if I can find the source on it. [I can't recall whether I heard it on CNN or reading AP wires, I was doing both simultaneously...] Regards, jttmab
