Be kind to your web-footed friends. A duck may be somebody's mother. 700 MHz and part software emulation don't stand up too well in the press to 1.5 GHz, I guess.

I think the new administration should commission to buy an iPaq for every voting age citizen and do the electronic voting thing. Let's see, on what grounds could a Gore demand a recount on electronic votes.
