It is, you are right. I just can't figure out why it is called "kosher"--I mean, we only use sea salt anyway, so I can't see what the difference might be. It's all pure, non-iodized salt.

Oh, and let me answer your next question/comment.....

I have no idea who cares!!

Sometimes I just go off on these trivial things.
