Hey Rich, it will be too bad if Congress will have to make that decision. In the meanwhile I just sold BRCD at $176.5 ($5.5 to the good, and leaving $1 to "recapture"). The bu$$ is refusing to go under $50, interesting since it had ample opportunity in this market. Zeev

Hi Rich - you may be right [re: Dec 12] However, I suspect the dems may celebrate prematurely. Gov Bush may still win the contest fair and square. Let's hope VP Gore would concede if that happened. On a separate note, unemployment # has gone up. cnnfn.cnn.com Under normal circumstance, this should send the mkt up. Well, this is not normal circumstance :). It is definitely taking a back seat.
