Dear Proggy: I dont know what HTE means, but a few minutes ago the Miami Dade County Canvassing Board voted 3:0 NOT to proceed with the vote recount. This morning I watched the court proceedings in Palm Beach and believe the judge will rule that the Palm Beach Canvassing board is proceeding correctly in considering the whole ballot when trying to decide voter intent and NOT just the presidential chad. Finally, Broward is rapidly turning around for Bush in that as of an hour or so ago Gores pickup had dropped to only 68 votes (palm Beach I believe is about 7). I think this spells the end of this campaign. Market ought to be improving right now I havent had time to look. JDN
