I think you are early here. LOTS more bankruptcies and lay offs to go. The public has no confidence to spend, as they are totaly unprepared psychologically for Lay offs.
and their life insurance accounts are jeopardized. and the postal savings may be insolvent. and they are an aging population(inverted triangle demographics).
But compare to USA they have miniscule problems...LOL
