As I said, the court did not rule on or mention dimpled chads. The court was also derelict in not mandating a statewide standard for determining voter intent. Very poorly constructed decision IMO.

Thank you, sir.

I was worried momentarily that I had a faulty memory and/or muddled together a CNN broadcast and an AP wire.

My mind is intact! Perhaps.

Aside: The one thing that I don't like about AP wires is the streaming nature of them. If you go back 3 hours later to find a release it's gone! And you have to come up with some clever search string to find it again...plugging in things like Florida, Supreme Court, dimples...etc. just gives you to many links.
