Interesting Miami-Dade Board meeting on CNN now, Democrats arguing that only the 10,750 ballots haven't been counted even once (machine-classified as non-votes) should be looked at, given the time constraint. If they haven't been counted even once, then what they're arguing for isn't a recount, and IS NOT AUTHORIZED. EVEN THE FLORIDA SUPREMES SAID ONLY RE-COUNTS CAN CONTINUE, NOT "FIRST TIME COUNTS." Republicans arguing they can't do it selectively. If they're going to re-count, it needs to be a complete re-count.
