Yes, I saw that too. I also note that the Democrats are trying to change the PB Boards current standard to include as a vote even those ballots where there was only a single dimple. I thought that Barry Richard, the Bush attorney, argued persuasively, imo, to the court that doing what the Democrats are demanding would create votes without having a clear idea of the voters intent. I think the judge will agree with the Republicans on this when he announces his decision at 4:30 pm est. It's looking up for the Bush camp today. Barry
