Everyone is using white paper to argue that the chip has no headroom, when people have already been able to successfully run the chip at 1.7 ghz, and that's out of the box. Not a huge overclock percentage wise, but the fact that it was done on the first samples released tells me they shouldn't have too big a problem hitting the 2 ghz mark.
