He paid $6.5625 for 16,279 shares, $6.3084 for 16,422 shares and $6.4375 for 43,592 shares. Steven R. Day, chief operating officer and secretary, also bought 76,293 shares. He paid $6.5625 for 16,279 shares, $6.4375 for 23,000 shares, $6.3084 for 16,422 shares and $6.4375 for $20,592 shares. Pinnacle's Jeffrey J. Card, chief financial officer and vice president, reported buying 10,000 shares. He paid 1,019 shares for $6.3084, 2,442 shares for $6.5625 and 6,539 shares for $6.4375 per share. Deutshce Banc Alex. Brown downgraded Pinnacle to market perform from strong buy the day it announced third quarter losses of 80 cents per share on Nov. 9 compared with 40 cents per share in 1999's third quarter. Banc of America and Credit Suisse First Boston downgraded Pinnacle the following day; however, Tucker Anthony maintained it at a strong buy. Shares of Pinnacle down 1/8 are trading at $5 3/4 this morning. End
