I also watched the Palm County Canvas Board member giving testimony. It would appear that the standards that only count a dimple if many dimple's appear used by the Canvas Board is reasonable. The democrat's want direction that a dimple is by itself an object criterion as valid a a punch through. To the the Canvas board judge this indicated that if this were the directed standard then many votes with punch throughs also had dimples and thus these votes counted would be over counts. This would indicate that another manual recount would be required to identify and void these illegal
over counts.

The Palm county standard only counts dimples if the rest of the votes cast on that ballot show a similar pattern of the voter having difficulty on punching thru the hole.
