Where did you go to school Cyber? They didn't teach you well.

The Court has , now listen real careful here, ABSOLUTE RIGHT to pick any date they want. They have absolute right to find Katie in contempt of court if she doesn't comply.(which I don't think they would do, but they have done in the past)

How do you think schools in the South got desegrated in the first place? The Court makes a ruling, sets time lines and basically tells people how high to jump.

Your only remedy is to impeach the entire court or amend the state/fed Constitution to overrule that court action. It's called separation of powers dude.
