Isn't it amazing how the democrats are finally screaming about the Rule of Law now when they trampled the Rule of Law to get the FL SC to overreach their jurisdiction & rewrite FL law (a legislative power) & to dictate the duties of the Executive branch (not a Judicial power). This is what the democrats are calling the Rule of Law. Funny how it was the under guise of, 'The Will of the People', that was their mantra to trample on the rights of the PEOPLE & the Rule of Law to get a decision they LIKE before insisting that The Rule of Law is paramount. Please, please... Sounds to me that under the "proper" circumstances the [attorneys for the] Republicans, would do just the same. btw, I am neither a Democrat nor a Republican, so save your boiler plate response to me. The real problem is that the "so called" legal system is beginning to crumble under its own [nick picking] weight. In their zeal for an ego-driven victory (pick your side, I do not care), these so called public servants, [by their own choosing], have lost proportion of what is really costing this country. The leadership, respect, and image of "the standard to follow" in the eyes of the world. What pity as the USA is supposed to be the "only superpower left in the world". History will read: The United Bananas of America lost its position as leader of the "free" world as a result of a snot picking battle between an army of hypocrites, [read lawyers]. They could not agree what was more important: 1) Choosing the Head Dunce or 2) Being the leader of the world I guess, The US is NOT up to such task, so I fail to understand why is it that they are so bent in proclaiming they are such, getting into everyone else's noses, claiming that it is on "the best of the USA's interest." Yet, in a nation deeply divided, not even a leader can they choose! For a long time I have been an admirer of this country who has teach the rest of the world a simple phrase: "How to make money" Yes, a great nation of builders and producers !! Until the army of hypocrites, [namely, attorneys], have executed a flawless bullet-less, coup d'etat. While the "We the people" population was asleep, thinking they had the ever-climbing stock market. Problem is, as evidence proves it, It no longer has the class to be such LEADER. "The Rule of Law"... Ah yes, applied according at the discretion of the hypocrite of the moment ! What farce !! Hmmm I guess the Lewinsky impeachment fandango was the practice run for the current absurdity, I wonder what they have up their sleeve next.
