ild, those VASO purchases by directors in October were at market price, so that's $65k of director moolah put in. The other transactions going a ways back at least are option exorcising and gift giving.

Those two directors who bought on the open market do not own any other shares. So it's somethin', I suppose, buys are much less common than sales.
