<<Maybe the huge bull-market is over ... heh, heh, heh...Buy the Dips!! We don't hear "Buy the dips" so much these days. Though there are obviously a huge number of people doing just that [since for every seller there is a buyer].>>

It's more like Short the rally's... Or maybe "For every short seller there is a buyer?" Just like the fools that piled into the market at the end of the bull-run of 1999.. Those same types will wake up and decide.. Hey!!! It easy to make money in this market.. All you have to do is "short anything".. Just like 12 months ago you could do it by "buying anything"..

Poor fools.. The time to short this market was several months ago.. Now they are shorting against the low end of the NASDAQ.. That's like buying long when the NASDAQ was at 4500. IMO

XMSR was only down 23% today!!! Not a bad days work.. It's lost 50% of it's value in just under 2 weeks!! 31 to 15... Hummm!! Satellite Radio!! Maybe I should cover!! Nahhh, As Anthony@Pacific says.. It's a ZERO. They still have 2 satellites to launch, both on 2 seperate Zenit's from Sea Launch, and no back-up satellite built... Pretty bad odds in my book!!

But, there are still some good shorts out there!!

Yes, Bernie has set the trap for the Bondholders!! He will convinece them that G* is worthless.. No contracts, no daily news releases about increases in MOU, or the status of Data, heck, you would think that IFN has died in comitte..Not a single update on IFN.. Sure, he will throw out a bone about Installing some Pay Phones on Buses in Brasil....Even our beloved QCOM won't even throw it a bone and use it for OmniTracs... (Yet!).. Look Mr. Bondholder.. It's a "White Elephant".. LEO Satellite's whipping around the earth's atmosphere so fast they could make "Tomato Puree".. Gateway dishes tracking the LEO's pass after pass... Hoping for the chance of some inbound communication. Yet, another satellite passes by without even so much as a "Hello".. (Rather Rude!!) Everyone has been correct Mr. Bondholder.. This system is Worthless.. Loral knows it, Qualcomm knows it, even you must realize it Mr. Bondholder.. In Bankruptcy... It's worth even less than Iridium.. It's a system whose very connection to the earth bound world is owned by a multitude of foreign corporations.. (And the Gateways are not part of the package).. Without these Gateways.. You have a bunch of repeaters in the sky.. In addition.. The regulatory approval to even operate the User Terminals and Gateways are equally owned by foreign corporations (Not part of the package).. Yeap. Mr. Bondholder.. "It's Space Junk" Sure, we would love to put out some positive spin on the system.. But, there is nothing to report!! Sure we have tried to make it work.. We have copies of print ads from hundreds of newspapers around the world, TV commercials in multiple languages.. So don't think we didn't try... It's just WORTHLESS!! So don't expect anything in Bankruptcy.. Because at least Iridium had a 200 million contract with the DoD, And the DoD owns their own GW.. And with Iridium you can make calls from one side of the world to the other without a Gateway.. Yes, Now that Iridium system was a technological wonder.. Much better architecture than this "bent pipe" concept we used...

Yet, Iridium only got 25 million for their system in BK.. After the lawyers.. Their bondholders probably got almost NOTHING... So Mr. Bondholder.. Don't expect anything from this "White Elephant " when we Bankrupt it.. It's just too bad... We were really close with IFN.. Just months away from commercial availability... But.. Who would invest in the concept of Internet Access on Airliners.. <g>....
