I think the Miami-Dade folks had no stomach for being dragged through the Federal Courts for the criminality of their potential acts in the recount...I feel they realized they would face this and their reputations destroyed for life even if Gore won.

Boy, looking at the weekly charts for cos. such as BRCD, CIEN, etc. one could conclude that a little more thrashing could be in the cards. No real sign of a bottom in some of these. The relative strength of some of the thrashed like EXTR, CSCO, and QCOM, INTC is telling maybe close to a bottom in these.
